If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, this guide will walk you through the steps to regain access to your account quickly on both the Thrive mobile app and website. Follow the instructions below to securely reset your password and get back to using your account.

Thrive Mobile App
1. Launch the app on your device.
2. Open the app and select Sign up or log in.
3. Enter the account email and select Let's Go.
3. Select Forgot password? to begin the password reset process.
4. Enter your account email again in the provided field and select Send reset link.
- A reset link will be sent to your email. Please follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
The reset link will expire 24 hours after it is received. If you do not reset your password within that time frame, you will need to request a new reset link.
5. Select the Reset Password link in your email.
Open the passw5%ord reset link using Chrome or Safari. For more on supported browsers reference this article.
6. Enter a new password and select Reset Password.
The new password must be unique and different from any previously used password. It must be at least 9 characters long and include 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and at least 1 of these special characters: !<>~@#$%^&*()
Website
1. Open a web browser, visit the Thrive website, and select Log in.
2. On the login page, click on the Forgot Password?
3. Enter the account email in the provided field and select Reset Password.
- A reset link will be sent to your email. Please follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
The reset link will expire 24 hours after it is received. If you do not reset your password within that time frame, you will need to request a new reset link.
5. Select the Reset Password link in your email.
