- Promo codes can only be applied during checkout.
- You must be actively logged in to your account to apply a promo code to your order.
- Promo codes must be added to the cart before placing the order.
- We cannot retroactively apply a promo once the order has been placed.
Instructions
Thrive Mobile App
1. Open the Thrive app and browse through the available items.
2. Add your desired items to your basket.
3. Once you've added all the items you wish to purchase, tap on the shopping basket icon to go to your checkout screen.
4. On the checkout screen, below the payment details, you will find an option labeled Apply a promo code. Tap on this option to enter your promo code.
5. A text field will appear prompting you to enter the promo code. Carefully enter the promo code exactly as it was provided to you.
When entering the promo code, make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.
4. Once you have entered the promo code, select Apply or Apply promo code.
5. If the code is successfully entered, the discount will be automatically applied, and you will see the updated total on your screen.
Thrive Website
1. Go to the Thrive website
2. Browse the catalog of available products and add your desired items to your basket
3. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click on the shopping basket icon to go to the checkout page.
4. On the checkout screen, below the payment options, find and click on the Apply a promo code link to open the promo code field.
5. A box will appear for you to type in the promo code. Ensure that you enter the code exactly as it appears, with no extra spaces or characters.
4. Once the code is entered correctly, select Apply or Apply promo code.
5. If the code is successfully entered, your order total will update to reflect the discount.
It's important to double-check that the final price is correct before proceeding to complete your purchase.
If you're having trouble applying a promo code on the Thrive mobile app or website, make sure the code is entered correctly with no typos or extra spaces, as promo codes are often case-sensitive. Check the expiry date to ensure the code is still valid, and confirm that the code applies to the items in your basket.
