The Special Request feature allows you to share any food dietary restrictions, allergies, or off-menu needs with the kitchen by adding comments to an order. Below, you will find step-by-step instructions for adding a Special Request comment to an order using the Thrive mobile app.
This feature in only available using the Thrive mobile app and may not be available for every location.
Instructions
1. Select an item and tap on Add Special Request.
2. The text box will show some example text. Enter your special instructions into the text box and then tap Save request.
3. Confirm the special request comments are correct and tap on Add to order.
4. Special requests will show on Your Order screen under the Items section.
5. The Special Request will also show on the order confirmation screen under the Items section.
