4.  A pop-up will appear asking if you want to grant Boost permission to access your phone’s camera. You will need to select While using the app or Only this time to enable scanning.

Note-Tip.png  If you select Don't Allow, the app will redirect you to the home page, and you won’t be able to use the Scan & Pay feature. To use Scan & Pay, you will need to allow Boost to access your camera.

Note-Tip.png  Ensure that the barcode on the item is clear and unobstructed. If the scan is unsuccessful, try repositioning the barcode within the camera’s viewfinder.

6.  After scanning all items, tap on the Cart icon to review your selection. Make sure everything looks correct, then select Place order.

Troubleshooting

Important.png  Students using a meal plan must maintain a minimum balance of $20.00 in their account to be eligible for check-in via Scan & Pay. If the account balance is insufficient, an error message will be displayed, and the check-in process will be denied. This policy is implemented to ensure there are adequate funds to cover the purchase.
