How do I change my location?

Changing your location on the Thrive platform allows you to customize your browsing experience, enabling you to access content relevant to a particular university or city. This article will detail the process for changing your location prior to placing an order using the Thrive mobile app and website.

1.  Open the Thrive app on your mobile device.

2.  From the main screen, tap on your Account icon. This can typically be found in the bottom navigation bar.

3.  At the top of the screen, you will see the section labeled Currently browsing. Tap on this to view the current location that has been set for your account.

4.  In the Search Thrive Locations field, type in the name of the university or city for which you want to change your location. As you type, a list of available locations will appear in a dropdown menu.

5.  From the dropdown menu, select the location that best suits you. Your location will now be updated, and the app will refresh to show content and services specific to that location.

Thrive Website

1.  Open the Thrive website, in your preferred browser. 

2.  On the homepage, locate the Menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. This is typically represented by three horizontal lines.

3.  In the dropdown menu, click Change locations. This will direct you to a page where you can update your location preferences.

4.  In the Search Thrive Locations field, type in the name of the university or city you want to set as your new location. As you type, a list of matching locations will appear in the dropdown.

5.  From the dropdown list, select the location you want to set. The website will then update, and you’ll see content tailored to the selected location.
