Change Account Information
Thrive Mobile App
1. Open the Thrive app on your mobile device.
2. To access the account page, select the Account icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
3. On the Account page, please select Personal info.
4. On the Personal Info page, you will have the opportunity to edit your Name, Email address, and Phone number. Make the necessary changes to each field, then select Save.
Upon updating the email address associated with your account, you will be required to complete the email verification process once more.
To ensure a smooth experience and access to the latest features, always keep your Thrive app updated. New versions often include important bug fixes, performance improvements, and feature updates.
Thrive Website
1. Open a supported web browser and visit the Thrive website.
2. Log in to your account using your credentials.

3. Select the Account icon.
4. From the menu options, select Personal info.
