Item rating and feedback

Using the Thrive mobile app, you can leave a rating for the food and beverage items you have ordered. Your review is essential for enhancing the guest experience and ensuring we continue to provide high-quality dishes and meals.

Note-Tip.png  While providing feedback is entirely optional, we strongly encourage you to take a moment to rate your menu items and provide feedback. Your thoughts and opinions are invaluable in helping to improve the guest experience.

Instructions

Once your order has been fulfilled, it will appear in the Past Orders section of the Orders screen. You are able to provide feedback on the items in that order.

1.  Navigate to the Orders screen and tap Past Orders.    

2.  Find the order for which you wish to leave feedback. 

3.  Select the Item Ratings option from your order details page. This will open the Item Ratings screen, listing all the items that you purchased.

4.  To rate an item, begin by tapping on the number of stars (from 1 to 5) that corresponds to your satisfaction level. 

  • 1 star: Poor quality or experience
  • 5 stars: Excellent quality or experience

You can explain your rating by selecting a reason option or adding a detailed comment (up to 150 characters) to share your thoughts or feedback on the item.

5.  Once you are satisfied with the rating, tap on the Submit your ratings button.

FAQs

Can I edit my rating after submitting it?

Once your rating has been submitted, it cannot be edited.

Why is my feedback important?

Your feedback helps improve the menu selection and quality for guests and ensures the service can continue to meet your expectations.

What if I didn’t like my food or beverage?

If you had a disappointing experience with a dish, leaving detailed feedback helps the culinary operations team make adjustments to improve guest satisfaction.

Can I rate multiple items at once?

Yes, you can rate each item in your order individually, or you can skip items you don't wish to rate.
