This article explains how to place an order using the Thrive mobile app or website.
For best performance, use the Thrive app on your phone with a cellular connection.
Instruction
Thrive App
1. Launch the Thrive app on your mobile device.
2. Choose the campus you wish to place your order.
3. Select the on-campus restaurant you would like to order from.
The app shows the nearest campus, but cannot sort campus restaurants by distance. If your campus has multiple restaurants, make sure you select the correct one when ordering.
4. Browse the menu of the selected restaurant, select an item, and click on Add to Order.
5. Click on the Basket icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
6. Ensure that all details on the checkout screen are correct. When you're ready, click Place order.
Only one payment card is permitted per order, and Thrive does not accommodate split payments.
Thrive Website
1. Go to the Thrive website
2. Choose the campus to place your order.
3. Select the on-campus restaurant you would like to order from.
4. Browse the restaurant’s menu, select an item you wish to order, and click on Add to basket.
5. After adding items to your basket, click on the Basket icon located in the upper right-hand corner or click the Go to checkout button located on the right side of the screen.
6. Ensure all information is correct in the checkout section, such as your items and quantities. Select Place order to finalize your purchase.
Preordering
Some Thrive cafes offer preordering, depending on location and availability.
Check the cafe station name and photo to see if preordering is available at your location.
1. After adding items to your basket, click on the Basket icon located in the upper right-hand corner or click the Go to checkout button located on the right side of the screen.
2. Ensure all information is correct in the checkout section, such as your item(s) and quantities.
3. Select the preorder time from the dropdown list for the same day or next business day (if available) you wish to have your order completed.
4. Once everything looks good, click on Place order to finalize your purchase.
Some locations allow preordering only for the same day or for both same day and next business day.
