This article aims to guide you through the process of either removing an item or modifying the quantity of an item in the Thrive order basket for both the Thrive mobile app and website. It is crucial to ensure the order reflects exactly what you intend to purchase before finalizing the order.
Remove Item
Thrive Mobile App
1. Once you have added an item, select the basket icon in the upper right corner of the app.
2. There are two ways to remove an item from the basket.
- Select the Remove button located below the item name.
- Select the Modify button located beneath the item name. Then, click on Remove item located under the item quantity while on the Modify screen.
Please note that selecting Remove or Remove Item will remove the item, including all quantities, from the basket.
Thrive Website
1. Once you have added an item, select the basket icon in the upper right corner.
2. To remove an item, simply select Remove located beneath the item name.
Modify Item
Thrive Mobile App
1. Once you have added an item, select the basket icon in the upper right corner of the app.
2. Select the Modify button beneath the item name.
3. Adjust the quantity for the item by tapping the + or - symbol, then select Update Item.
4. Review the item quantity to make sure it is correct. If you need to make more adjustments, follow steps 2 and 3.
Thrive Website
1. Once you have added an item, select the basket icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select Modify beneath the item name.
3. Adjust the quantity for the item by tapping the + or - symbol, then select Update item.
4. Review the item quantity to make sure it is correct. Adjustments can be made by following steps 2 and 3.
After making adjustments, it is advised to review your basket one last time. Double-checking the items, their quantities, and the total price will help prevent any mistakes and ensure that you are satisfied with your order before it is placed.
