Order modification

Once a Thrive order has been submitted, it can no longer be modified. This includes changes to items, pickup or delivery times, and location.

Note-Tip.png  For qualifying orders, cancellation may be available through the Thrive mobile app, provided the order has not yet entered the preparation stage. For detailed instructions on how to cancel your order and view the eligibility requirements, refer to the order cancellation article.

Important.png  It is very important to review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure all information is accurate.
