The reorder feature is available for eligible orders that meet the following criteria:
- Order placed within the last 30 days
- Menu items must still be available
- Station must be open or available for pre-order
- Cannot be a marketplace order
Ways to Reorder
- Look for the Order again banner on the home screen and tap + Add.
If there's no Order Again banner, reordering isn't available for the order or supported at the location.
- Select Orders from the menu bar. Toggle to Past orders section of the app and select Reorder. This order will start a new basket, and you can add items or continue to checkout from there.
If there's no Reorder button, reordering isn't available for the order or supported by the location.
