This article will provide assistance in locating your order receipt within the Thrive mobile app and the Thrive website.
Thrive App
Receipts for orders placed are accessible under the Orders tab within the Thrive app, at the bottom of the homepage.
Thrive Website
On the Thrive website, the receipts can be found by selecting Menu and then selecting the My Orders tab.
You can select the relevant order and view the corresponding receipt. If a receipt is required for purposes such as expense reports, you can take a screenshot or use the order confirmation that was sent to you via email following the completion of your order.
The ability to download a PDF version of a receipt is not currently available in the Thrive app or on the Thrive website.
