This article will outline the process for enabling notifications from Thrive, including updates regarding order status and promotional offers. By following the instructions below, you'll be able to update your email notification preferences to keep you informed about your orders and the latest promotions.
Please ensure that you have the most recent version of the Thrive mobile app installed on your device. Adjustments to these notifications can only be made within the app and not through the website.
Enabling Thrive Emails
1. Open the Thrive app on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to the account page by clicking on the Account icon located at the bottom right of the screen.
3. On the account page, select Account settings.
4. On the Account settings page, select Manage notifications.
5. On the Email Notifications page, you have the option to enable or disable Order Updates and Promotional Offers.
Enable Order Updates to receive all notifications about your order, including confirmation, pickup time, readiness, and any issues.
To receive coupons and promo codes via email, you must have Promotional Offers enabled.
