This article provides a step-by-step guide for setting up a Thrive account. Thrive is available on iPhone (iOS), Android, and via the web.

Thrive App
1. Open the Thrive app on your mobile device and select Sign up or log in.
2. Enter your Email address and select the Let's Go button.
3. Under Create your account, enter First name, Last name, and Password, then select the Create your account button.
4. Check the I am human box in the hCaptcha popup to verify you’re not a bot.
5. An email verification will be sent to the email used during the sign-up process.
6. Open your verification email and select Verify Email.
If you do not see your Thrive email verification, check your Spam, Junk or Deleted folders.
7. After verification is completed, return to the Thrive login screen and enter the email and password to log into your account.

1. Open the Thrive website https://thriveapp.io/
2. Click on the Sign up or log in link.
3. Enter an Email Address and select Let's Go.
4. Enter your First name, Last name, and Password. Optionally, check the box to get news and promos. Then select Create your account.
5. Check the box next to I am human. Then, complete the hCaptcha challenge to verify you’re not a bot.
6. After answering the challenge correctly, an email verification will be sent.
7. Open the verification email and select Verify Email.
If you do not see your Thrive account email verification, check your Spam, Junk or Deleted folders.
8. After verification, return to the Thrive login screen and enter your email and password to log in.
