Use this guide when the Thrive app needs a fresh reinstall. Steps are provided for both iOS and Android.
iOS Instructions
Uninstalling
1. Locate the Thrive app icon on your device's home screen.
- If it's not visible, swipe down on the home screen and search for Thrive
2. Press and hold the Thrive icon.
Continue holding until a pop-up menu appears, or until the icons begin to jiggle
3. Tap Remove App.
A confirmation dialog will appear
4. Tap Delete App to confirm.
The app and its icon will be removed from your device
Reinstalling
It is important to restart the device before reinstalling the app. This clears any leftover app data that can cause installation errors.
1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap the Search bar, then type Thrive: Workday Food Ordering and select it from the results.
3. Tap Get (or the download/cloud icon).
Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password if prompted
4. Open the app after installation and log in.
Use your existing account credentials to restore access to your order history and saved settings.
Android Instructions
Uninstalling
1. Locate the Thrive app icon on your device's Home Screen or App Drawer.
2. Press and hold the Thrive icon.
A menu of options will appear
3. Tap Uninstall.
If Uninstall doesn't appear directly, tap App Info, then tap Uninstall on the next screen
4. Confirm by tapping OK or Uninstall again.
The app will be removed from your device
