Email verification

Email verification is a crucial part of the Thrive account verification process. It serves multiple important purposes, ensuring that your account is linked to a valid, accessible email address. This verification process helps establish effective communication between Thrive and the user, enabling functionalities such as account recovery, password reset, and notifications regarding your account.

Email Verification Requests

When signing up for a new Thrive account, you'll be asked to provide an email address. The email address you enter must be both accurate and active, as it will be used for verification and future account communications. After you successfully sign up, Thrive will send an email verification request to the email address you provided during registration. The email will contain a Verify Email link that you must click to confirm your email address and complete the account verification process. Be sure to check the spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your main inbox.

Note-Tip.png  It is vital to ensure that the email address you enter is accurate and free from typos. If the email address is incorrect, you may not receive the verification email, which will prevent you from completing the account verification process. If you need to update your email address after registration, you can easily change it in the Personal Info section of your account settings.
