Thrive Mobile App
1. Open the App on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to the account page by clicking on the Account icon located at the bottom right of the screen.
3. On the Account page, select Account settings.
4. On the Account Settings page, select Update password.
5. On the Update Your Password page, please input your Current password and subsequently enter the new password in the New password field. Then select Update Password at the bottom.
The new password must be unique and different from any previously used password. It must be at least 9 characters long and include 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and at least 1 of these special characters: !<>~@#$%^&*()
Thrive Website
1. Open your preferred web browser and visit the Thrive website.

2. Log in to your account using your credentials.
3. Select the Account icon
4. From the Account Settings, select Update password.
5. On the Update Your Password page, input your current password in the Current password field and subsequently enter the new password in the New password field and the Conform new password field. Then select Update password at the bottom.
